Large floors and heated garages
Two things set South Reno apart from the rest of the metro for this work.
The first is scale. Three and four-car garages are common, and mobilisation, masking and edge work are largely fixed costs — so they spread across more square footage. A four-car garage often comes in nearer $5.50 a square foot where a single-car garage runs closer to $8.50.
The second is heat. A meaningful number of South Reno garages are insulated and heated, and that changes the calendar. Standard epoxy effectively stops curing below about 55°F, which rules out an unheated Nevada garage from November through March. A heated space can be coated any month of the year, and winter scheduling is usually faster and occasionally cheaper.

A garage used as a workshop wants different decisions from one that only holds cars. Higher grip where you stand, a mid-tone blend that hides dropped debris, and enough film build to take a dropped tool without chipping through to concrete.
Worth planning where heavy things will sit. Jack stands, engine hoists and loaded tool chests concentrate weight on small contact points, and bare steel or hard plastic feet will dent any resin floor over time. Pads under the feet solve it entirely and are far easier than repairing later.
